yuppie.. is been a long time.. ,since i post.. and i know.. LOLx..

started my life as a nurse on... 24 march???

so.. during this foundation period... met...nice ppl,.. got to know more friends.. around mi.. muhaha

got.. kaki's in diff wards and department liao .. muhahaha...

and... yesh..i didnt get to the ward i wanted.. but.. nvm lor.. what to do.. still hav to survive rite? LOLx..

and..i already had expected... but seems like.. i really need to accept the fact..

yesterday was my 1st day at work.. and.. i was already place to be in charge of half a cubical... 6 patients... GREAT...

when i saw my assiment.. i stunned there for a moment... first day ... in-charge...sisters there mus be crazy...

and also.. i had to serve medications... so... coming to ward at 6.30am.. is really a need... compared to my perivous PRCP ward.. i think...my PRCP ward.. they dont need to come so early lor..

my medication needed to be serve is one FULL page... i shock..!!... and stress.. lolx..

and not one patient is one whole page.. is many of them one whole page la...

haha.. i stress myself la.. my preceptor... she finish so fast.. mi slowly.. LOLx.. then she keep laughing at mi... coz.. i keep signing things wrongly.. LOLc..

then she keep saying mi " realx la.. i nv stress u okay.. u dont so stress la.. REALX"..

lolx.. then we keep laughing...

yeah .. was super busy.. and i still had time to stop and chit-chat w her.. then go do my stuff.. then she also laugh at mi,.. but.. really lor.. LOLx.. felt bad.. i dont know leh.. i think tt.. i nv like... enoguh? LOlx... dont know..

and i really agree... tt.. Nurses rights in singapore is totally DONT HAV....

and is rubbish...

" i shit...i wnana u to clean my pampers now"

" i wan to drink milo "

" your services in SGH SUCKS!!i wanna complain.."

holy shit.. are we maid??

we are worse then maid.. lor...

work like shit.. pay also like shit..

and.... there is lots of patient who complain.. and.. i think not long later surely got ppl complain abt mi also lOLx..

the.. work in my ward is super super lot... and the pt.. is all ... i dont know what to say .. and. the relative laggi best...

the call bell will ring every 5 mins...

and there is ppl who wrote complain letter..

" i jus wanna a cup of milo and yr nurses cant give mi  "

" i press the bell so long.. nobody come to attend to mi "

i tell u .. last time i dont use the word F... and now.. i think i hav started to use the word F.. LOLx... really lor.. u will jus say it out... working in this line..

and... the staff at my side.. is totally lack of staff

so.. yesterday had a ward meeting.. and the ppl at my side.. brought it up ... and... the sisters say they will discuss it w the SNM...

and today .. the SNM said during the role call "5 staff u also cannot work ar? then dont work la.. REsign "...

asshole.. who will wanna work in this ward?? LOLx..

also heard from a  very senior staff .... this is what she said,.. : " since i graduated and started working..in 1998 ... this is my very first ward till now,. and since 1998 till now... it has always been tt busy .. until now also busy.. i dont know why also "

see!!!!.. siao de...

soon.. i think .. the staff at my side... wil hav a boycott... jus like one of the ward in SGH.... 15 staff resign at one go...then they know..

so many ppl resigns...the hospital is still not doing anything to change it.. MAD!!...

now i know why nurses are always lack in singapore.. coz..of such a HELL work singapore nurses mus do.. ASS!!!

everyone is leaving after they finish their bond w SGH...coz... u work like hell in sgh... and all u get is complain letter and low pay job...

so.. basically i had a diploma in Maid health science..,..

really maid...

and.. talking abt maid.. i dont know why ppl .. put maid in hospital to look after ther father r whatever for what.. when they cant do anything..

maid :" sorry i cant sponge sir... i too young... "

ass... he maid is like my age or older then mi 1-2 yrs old lor..

and the employer said.. do not ask the maid do anything..

then wats tthe maid for? take up our space... and go there spy on us??

low paying spy i think... LOLx...

anyway... stupid la.. C class is like no diff from A class...

can singapore law do something to help nurses??

Docs hav Doc's law.... nurses hav NO LAW... what is this...

doctors hav time for breaks.. can go makan.. where else nurses... stay in the ward and work and work..

hai~~.. ass de la.. i think i finish my bond w sgh  will leave also .. work in private clinic or whatever.. also can.. jus dont work in sgh can already .. Lolx..

k.. enought of complaining coz.. very angry.. LOlx...

i found some one to irritate and entertain mi :) .. min min.. and nurul jana...lolx... too bad la.. u both same ward as mi ..LOlx..we all cannot work together.. even coma patient will get up and ask us to shut up..i guess.. LOL!!1.. funny .. hehehe..

anyway.. i havent been seeing and talking to pearly and stupid ting...

hahah ting having exams yah.. jia you.. i know ending soon.. but jus jia you ba!! lolx
